Merry Monday #98 - Country Charm

Hey everyone, it's Monday and that means time for another fun challenge at Merry Monday!  This week's theme is to make a Christmas card with Country Charm by adding stitching and buttons.  This weeks graphic is so darn cute.


I absolutely love all the beautiful stitching I see on so many cards these days, but sadly I have no idea how to use a sewing machine. Although I do have the best memories of my Grandma teaching me how to embroider by hand when I was little and I'm actually pretty good at that!  I used my paper piercer to make some freehand holes in my cardstock and did some stitching by hand.  I always think of those times when I embroider... Thanks Grandma!

    Katie I totally love your card with it's hand stitching, so gorgeous. I also love your wee bird with his glittery/ shiny accents, he goes so perfectly with the lovely sentiment.
